Hudson’s Maple Cask Rye Whiskey takes a fresh approach to the historic rye whiskey for which New York was so well known before Prohibition. This whiskey has been double distilled from locally harvested New York rye grain and aged in new charred oak barrels. Rye Aged under 4 years and then finished in maple syrup cured whiskey barrels from a local Hudson Valley partner. This special finish lends a wonderful round maple character to Hudson’s award winning rye whiskey.
