Spring 44 - Old Tom Gin


A classic aged gin dating back to the 18th Century, barreled in American Oak. The name “old tom” originates from black cat-shaped plaques in public walkways in 18th century England. After depositing a penny in the cat’s mouth, customers were served a shot of gin.
