Ballast Point Opens New Tasting Room
Ballast Point Brewing & Spirits opened their new tasting room at the Scripps Ranch location yesterday, providing the San Diego-based distillery with a showcase for their suite of craft labels. Samples are limited to 6 quarter-ounce pours, and tours hosted by head distiller Yuseff Cherney are available to guide patrons through the process from production to aging.
