Nothing says fall like spices, pumpkins, and bourbon, and this week's tasting Oakland's
Alchemy Bottle Shop has them all! Join them this Saturday Oct. 18th from 1-4pm as they host a sampling of some favorites from the T. Edwards Wines' portfolio.
Here's a sneak peak at what they'll be tasting: |

Roundhouse Gin
Based in Boulder, CO, Roundhouse Spirits is an independent craft distillery using natural and primarily organic ingredients. Their gin is outstanding, with a soft, creamy base topped with fresh juniper, light citrus, and lots of unique florals (think green tea, lavender, hibiscus, and chamomile blossoms). |

|
Tatoosh Bourbon
Located in Seattle, WA, Tatoosh is making some honest "small batch" bourbon using quality Pacific Northwest ingredients. Aged for 3 years in full-sized barrels, this bourbon is very different from it's feisty Kentucky relatives. Smooth and light, with rounded edges and soft layers of vanilla, toffee, apples, and a hint of chocolate. |

Roundhouse Pumpkin King Cordial
While the idea of a pumpkin based liqueur may sound odd, one sip of this will change your mind! Made all naturally by roasting locally grown pumpkins, marrying them with Roundhouse Gin, then adding additional spices including clove, nutmeg, cinnamon, and ginger. Production is super limited, this stuff won't be around for long! |
