Earlier this year, I had the distinct pleasure of sitting down with Jeremy Cherfas, producer of the superb Eat This podcast, and discussing the lay of the craft spirits landscape. Jeremy is a great host, and his podcast on food and drink is one of the best around. It runs the gamut from Old World to New, with some international flavor thrown in for good measure. If you like slow food and eating local, I would recommend the visit to Elkstone Farm in Colorado.
