A confident, small batch American absinthe hand-crafted from double copper-pot distilled, non-chill filtered Muscat brandy with traditional botanicals together with signature accents for a rich, seductive and uncorrupted flavor with no post-distillation infusions, sugar, colorants or flavors added.
Aroma: Herbaceous, pastoral and subtle layering absinthe notes with a Muscat bouquet and spicy hints of black pepper.
Taste: Slightly restrained anis and faintly bitter with a hint of mint and typical licorice with black pepper spice. Not syrupy sweet.
Finish: Creamy with natural viscosity and black pepper and fresh licorice through the back end.
